Example of a homeowner in need is

Mrs. Schopmann

This client is a 78-year-old female with arthritis who has resided at her home for 37 years. She was taking care of her daughter in her home until she passed away last year. Her roof was damaged from the last hurricane and although her son has tried repairing it, it still leaks whenever it rains. She is afraid of the damage that another hurricane could cause. She is also in need of a few new windows.
