The Miami Dolphins Special Teams have adopted the Lea family of Hollywood this holiday season. What began as a commitment to recruit volunteers to paint the exterior of the Lea home has blossomed into a vastly larger scope of work that includes new kitchen cabinets, bedroom and living room furniture from Rooms To Go, two new TV's from Best Buy, new linens and towels as well as new window coverings.
On Tuesday December 27th over 70 volunteers including Miami Dolphins players transformed the Lea home by painting the interior and exterior of the home and performing landscaping around the property.
Stay tuned next month when Rooms To Go and Best Buy will deliver their gifts to the Lea women with the support of Miami Dolphins players who will be there as well.
Last, but not least the Lea family, along with other Rebuilding Together Broward supporters have been personally invited to attend the January 1st Miami Dolphins game vs. the New York Jets!
